Overview

PhoneScream is designed with privacy in mind. The app works entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Data Processed on Your Device

• Motion sensor data— Accelerometer and gyroscope readings are processed in real time to detect drops. This data is never stored or transmitted.
• Drop history— Impact force, estimated height, freefall duration, and surface information are logged locally on your device.
• Microphone audio— If you choose to record custom sounds, audio is recorded and stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded or shared.

What We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No server-side data storage
• No third-party SDKs or services
• No location data
• No personal information of any kind

In-App Purchases

PhoneScream offers an optional in-app purchase to unlock additional sounds and custom recording features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Third-Party Services

PhoneScream does not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services. The app communicates only with Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchase verification.

Data Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete your drop history at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.
